Karácsonyi gyümölcskenyeret sütöttem...

Nagyon finom!!!

Hozzávalók:

• 5 dkg vaj
• 1 tojás
• 10 dkg cukor
• 1 dl tejföl
• 3 teáskanál méz
• 1/2 teáskanál szódabikarbóna vagy sütőpor
• 15 dkg liszt
• A töltelékhez dió, csokoládé, egy narancs leve és héja. Egy kb. 1,5 l-es sütőformát kivajazunk és megszórunk 1 evőkanál lisztel. Felverjük a tojást a cukorral, hozzákeverjük a többi hozzávalót, legvégén a szódabikarbónával elkevert lisztet adjuk hozzá. Az olvasztott narancshéjjas, diós csokoládémasszát a tésztamasszához keverjük és az előkészített sütőformába öntjük.
                               175 fokon kb. 50 perc alatt megsütjük.

Kedves kis 5.dik osztályban tanítottam, a feladat két kitalált figurát festeni (egy pozitiv és egy negativ) volt, párosítva hozzájuk a hideg és meleg színeket. Íme az eredmény, a kedvenceim, szerintem imádnivalóak lettek.
